About Otto
Otto Xie, the founder of Hangzhou Chitai Electronic Company, is an electronic nerd with a passion for electronic devices. As a young boy growing up he was always fascinated by technology and was always eager to learn more. He would take apart electronics, just to see how they worked, this curiosity never disappeared even he was older.
After graduating from college, Otto worked as an IT engineer while continuing to explore his love for electronics in his spare time. One day, he discovered a buying request for an LED countdown timer. Motivated by his curiosity, he decided to create it himself. Otto finally shipped it to the USA and the client was really satisfied with the final device. This was the turning point that led him to continue his passion for creating electronic products.
